World visual enhancement & Timer changes

Added tree foliage and rocks. The world was empty, other then the few buidlings. Populated the terrain with environment changes to make it more appealing to the eye.

Changed timers to have less waiting time and more action.

Day 0 =15

Day 1-5 = 25

Day 5-10 = 35

Day 10 and upwards = 45
